St Louis Park Bungalow

The last project I did before turning Green was this home in St. Louis Park, MN.  This home is another story and a half expansion bungalow which was in disastrous condition from neglect.  The list of improvements is long and expensive… new roof; new windows; new siding; gutters and downspouts.  We re-landscaped both the front and back of the house.  The garage was falling down and we had to re-set the floor plates and strengthen the frame before we re-sided and re-roofed the structure.  Then we went inside the house and rebuilt the kitchen, bathrooms and lower level family room.  New electrical service, a new furnace, drain tile and a new air conditioning system were also installed in this house.  The house was like new when we were finished.
